Don't know what to do

I have had Type one diabetics for around 20 years as I get older my sugars have gotten so much worse. I am at my wits end.

What treatment are you on? What is your latest HbA1c?

If you are less active that can change things. Also as we age, I’m 66, our metabolism tends to slow down a little. Try keeping a record of blood sugars, and what you eat and a example of a type days activity. Then take that with you when you see your doctor. If you’re not already you should be seeing a doctor that specializes in diabetes.
