Hi it's me again .Hope im posting this in the right place.Im suffering from depression .I have had two bad bouts .The last one being 14 \@years ago..Don't know what's brought this on but I feel terrible.Got to drag myself out of bed very late morning .If I have to go anywhere the next day I don't sleep the night before.Yesterday I had a mammogram and I will worry myself sick now until I get the results .As when I had the last one 3years ago I was recalled and it turned out to be a sebaceous cyst which was not nothing to worry about .,I'm sitting here now typing his with the heating full on and my feet are freezing Then all of a sudden I come over all hot and the sweat is bouncing off my face .I'm a bit old to be on the change as I am 71 ,,

You probably should discuss this with your GP. It might just be a viral infection, the way you describe it - but if it is depression, then medical advice would be wise.
