Herbal tea made from - green coriander, curry leaves and fennel seads.. One table spoon each Tobe taken in morning
Then go for morning walk for about 45 minutes
Morning breakfast at 9.0am
Consist of.... Asparagus, Broccoli, celery, Kale one small tomato, and one or two boiled EGG.approx. Big bowl.
LUNCH
Contain lettuce, spinach,100 gms of chicken , some curd ( small bowl), Broccoli, avocado.
At 4. 30 pm take some snacks consisting of:-
50 gms of roasted peanuts, 5 walnuts, 4 cashews, 5 Brazil nuts.
Then go for evening walk for 30 minutes.
Dinner least two hours before going to bed:-
It should be light and be lesser than dinner quantity. And may consist of roasted chicken, Kale, lettuce and broccoli
Take apple cider vinegar ( unfiltered and with mother) one teaspoon in one glass of water, half an hour before lunch, and dinner.
Before lunch and dinner eat seasonal fruits.
I followed the above course since last June-2016
After so many trials...
and I could reduce my weight, nearly 15 pounds
