Hi all, any type 1 diabetics fancy a chat I have been diabetic for twenty seven years I have given up drinking and smoking since 31/9/14 and want to get fit so if anyone can give me advice please get in touch

I imagine you to be following Dr. Bernstein (if you have not read in detail how he managed to remain fit and productive for 68 years, he was found to be Type I at age 12, you are missing something vital). dlife.in is a useful site on LCHF and Mercola's web pages on Glycemic Index and Glycemic Load are the best I have seen to date.
