how do i get the pinneapple vinegar to cure my diabetes

Not only pineapple vinegar, but any kind of vinegar will work, conditionally it must be pure vinegar made of any kind of fruit. try for week take 25mm vinegar before every meal, after one week check sugar level and report to this site please.
