I’m 27 I’ve had it for as long as I can remember, but I don’t remember if I still did when I was thin.
I’m currently obese and chances are higher. I also have hyperpigmentation under the armpits and the inner thighs. Glucose show okay but I know pre diabetes doesn’t usually show on tests. I’m concerned about it.
Over the internet acanthosis is more obvious with lines and streaks over the neck and it’s usually darker but I’ve yellow discoloration.
