odd numbers

please can someone offer advice. My numbers are slowly climbing. Currently up to 40 but no-one seems to be bothered. My home monitor first thing this morning said 5.8 after fasting.

I don’t eat, cake, biscuits, pies etc. Have one small slice of bread and squares of dark chocolate a day. Is there anything else I can do?

Thank you for your time

Di

Look up DAWN EFFECT. It’s about higher numbers in the morning, related to cortisol. If I check mine later in the day, it is lower. Hope that helps.

I also have Dawn Effect. It seems to be worse/higher # when I sleep badly or am sick, stressed.
