I took a urine test which came up negative of glucose and a blood glucose reader which I did three times and gave me a score of 4.5 which is good and yet I’m still worrying like sorta making excuses on how the test must be wrong such as I left the test strips out of its container for about an hour before I actually but my blood on it I’m still worried as I still feel thirsty do you think it’s a mental thing due to my health anxiety or something else

Diabetes is not the only thing that came make you Thirsty. Check on your last meal if you ate something that might be making you thirsty. I know if I have anchovy ( I know its an Italian thing) but then I will be thirsty for two days. I do not think you have anything to worry about , unless you are like me, when you do not worry, you worry about not worrying. loll
