Thoughts please on which specialist could help with my symptoms.

Late morning before eating lunch feeling nauseous, faint with migraine, brain fog worse, fatigue worse, sweating, feeling i need to sit down to eat something to make me feel better with readings between 5.6-6.3 before eating. Always craving food especially sugary foods.

After eating lunch reading now 7.3

Checked for diabetes type 2 by NHS over the years and test comes back as normal. Been like this for 12 years, very little quality of life with chronic fatigue, aged 49 female and hoping to make some changes to improve my health/life. I know diet matters but my appetite is huge especially for chocolate.

Hypoglycaemia or reactive hypoglycaemia or nothing to do with pancreas or diabetes? Given up on the nhs years ago. What type of specialist do i need to try to pay privately for testing?

Had this issue from around aged 35 so not linked to perimenopause.

Tia 😊
