I am diabetic

Recently I have been diagnosed as type 2 diabetic. FBS - 184, Alkaline phosphate-397, sgot and sgpt is also high. Triglyceride - 350. I am regular drinker and high smoker. Professionally in IT industry. Yes, no excersise.

Please help with your experience and advice.
