Lump in gum ? ONJ

Can oesteonecrosis of jaw appear as a lump? On Denosumab and needed to have tooth out in December 2020. Socket healed slowly but good, have had a bone splinter through gum which managed to remove after several weeks. Behind the socket I have a largish lump which feels massive, quite soft but on inside of jaw can feel point of bone just under gum which is painful. Lump is tender and whole thing feels heavy worried it’s ONJ any ideas?

I too have a splinter of bone come through where I had a molar removed 2 years ago. It suddenly appeared. I’ve been on Denosumab now for over 3 years.
