Lumps on top of tongue

I’m new here. I have found a number of painless lumps/tags on the back of my tongue. I have post nasal drip & don’ know if the two are connected. Any ideas please?

If you are having doubts regarding the lumps on top of your tongue, it might be a sign of tongue-tie. It is usually seen in kids and babies.
