Bruxism

Hi all. I have involuntary bruxism, both day and night. Fairly constantly. It's driving my wife mad and I get regular calls from her of "stop! Your teeth. You'll have none left" which is driving me mad as I'm usually unaware of the grinding. I also have tinnitus and neuropathic pain from spinal stenosis and past fractures. I really want to avoid a dental guard (maybe I could at night), and so am searching for any tips to stop it. I think it started about 2 years ago after I had Covid - or was it the vaccine? Who knows but the data is showing some peculiar ailments arising in the population since that time - and of course Covid is still around just causing different reactions. So, if anyone has any remedies for Bruxism I wait with baited breath. Thank you.

PS: I am seeing my dentist for a clean and check up in a week or so and I will talk to them.

Usually all about stress?

Tackle the issues and you'll be halfway there!

Journaling, massage both might help.

Good luck.
