My sensitive gums !

My gums are so sensitive ! Dental gel works but not for long !sensodyn toothpaste too ! Drives me mad ! Hate going too dentist ! I do ! But usually once a year ! Any ideas ???

Hi it won't be your gums that are sensitive it will be your teeth! Sensitivity can be caused by gum recession, tooth erosion or possibly decay.

First thing I would suggest is see your dentist as they should be able to diagnose a possible cause. Also try rubbing sensodyne rapid relief or colgate pro relief on your teeth for 60 seconds. Also when brushing don't rinse your mouth just spit the toothpaste out.
