Macaroons for breakfast.

Slept well from about 10pm to 2:45-ish when I had to youknowwhat. So I did and went right back to bed without doing anything else that might waken me further. Didn't even pet the cat. But that was the last sound sleep I had. Oh well. It's Sunday. Today I'll sort some pills, take a walk if it isn't raining, have a nap or two, make dinner for my boys, try to set up a coffee or two for myself this week, and maybe put some effort into the divorce process if it's not too depressing. What else? Oh yeah. .... Macaroons for breakfast.

Sleeplessness, what a word!!!! what a problem! I'm always tired. I take a sleeping pill but even that the help sometimes.

Divorce wasn't difficult for me, I never shed a tear over him...just have regrets that I put 21 good years to waste.

I walk too but here the sub-zero temps are around the corner. I got ski pants, a sub zero javket and a Mad dog hat. I'm ready....maybe I'll get snow shoes..?

Have a good day!

MichaelOM,

My divorce was devasting, so I feel for you, it took two years because my ex or his attorney would never show up for court. He was an MD and not subject to the same rules as mere mortals! It was during that time that started with these strange symptoms that are now know to be PD

A nap would be welcome, I got four hours sleep last night!
