Watching The News gives me tremors. Why can't we all just chill out?

Get your news from the internet, or a non-news radio station. If you must watch TV news, find the most objective program you can -- not FOX! Unfortunately, the goal of most commercial broadcasting is money and ratings, rather that truth and objectivity.

True. But ALL of the Networks seem to have the same agenda. On The Internet you have to deal with those Armchair Lobbyists who only talk about Birth Certificates bashing Obama and Border Wars all of the time. We used to be above Hatred now it's like a National Sport.

It basically says what MichaelOM said: back off from the news if it's stressing you. That's what I did starting in 2008.
