Hello,

Beware of adopting any high protein diet and careful too about low carbohydrate diets especially those that reduce the amount of the serotonin that gets into your brain.

Thanks for the info - just downloaded it for myself and hubby. Been using coconut oil which is supposed to be good but hubby also loves his sugar which I know isn't good for him.

I found this book very useful and informative.

Parkinson's Disease ,reducing symptoms with nutrition and drugs by Dr Goeffrey Leader and Lucille Leader.Denor Press.

Good luck.

The Brian Grant Foundation wants to help people impacted by Parkinson’s make healthy food decisions. Food nourishes our body and plays an integral part in our life. Some foods may also promote brain health and may have benefits for people living with Parkinson’s.
