Thought this could be helpful:
Sometimes it doesn't matter WHAT you bring. Yesterday I brought my dad in a wheelchair to his long-awaited appt. with a big shot neurologist and we found the office dark and closed. When I called the main office they said "Oh we tried to call you three times..he had to attend an emergency". The number was my father's home number in another state. When I called again today it turned out that they did in fact have my personal cell phone number handy AND there was no emergency either, they guy woke up sick.
I refrained from suggesting they consult a neuroproctologist immediately. But I thunk it.
Hi Di
This is just what I need. I have a long awaited appointment next month, unless it is cancelled, and I intend to use a chart something along these lines. Thought it was really interesting how it highlighted certain other problems, too,
Am going to see the Parkinsons physio today, and for the first time am not confident that she will say that there has not been a change in my condition. Here's hoping I am wrong.

Sue, praying that the change will be a positive one. Keep us updated.
