I wear the ones with elasticated waists, as fastening fiddly buttons or zips is a problem. There are a few places that sell them. Hope this helps, Christine

Eileen Fisher pants are not jeans but easy to get on and off and all her clothes colors blend. L.L.Bean comfort waist are very good and LL Bean has great exchange policy. Willow Ridge micro fiber pants were very smooth and comforting when I had knee surgeries.

you're american arent you? neve heard of the makes;;tried some more on today ;;seem to be in between sizes! and jeans always have a gap round the back if you are shapely!!!

Yes, American. The gap is why I like the comfort elastic waist. I'll ask my daughter if she knows any British brands. She's over there often.
