Maybe something has come loose. I would call the neurologist/ surgeon.

Hi , I have the same problem only it’s my left arm and leg..

My issue started not long after diagnosis and gradually getting worse. The numbness is so bad that sometimes I can’t feel my left foot. Not sure if there is anything out there to treat it.

Possibly a pinched nerve in cervical due to degenerating disc, which I've had, but it resolved over time with therapy and acupuncture. May not be related to DBS nor PD. If it were me I'd see my primary care and describe my symptoms and see if I could get an MRI of the neck to see if you have something impinging on a nerve.

My neurologist created best effects for my cervical dystonia by lengthening the pulse of the DBS. Currently set to 170. The tension was reduced.

your pulse width is 170??? as i know starting 60 mine is 90 already considered high..

I must have misunderstood her when she told me that number. Your reply sent me to my clinical notes and she wrote that she increased my PW to 98 at my last visit. Do you have the Boston Scientific software?

Mine is Medtronic

I was just increased in pulse width to 120. Best results for cervical dystonia so far.

oh i thought my dystonia was partly due to high pulse width? now your dystonia is gone? do you have tremor? what is your main symptoms?

My predominate tremor since DBS has been in my neck from the cervical dystonia. I used to have tremor in both hands before surgery. Since the increase in pulse width I can sleep on the dystonic side without pain and the neck tremor only shows up slightly when I run low on meds. Other symptoms are occasional trouble initiating walk and turns and voice weakness.
