EYES - I can’t look people in the eye and it took so long to ‘see it’. It is one of the reasons I love writing blogs - it is my way to talk to people. Not I know it I can try to fight it fightingparkinsonss.com/202...

it is also a symptom of autism I think? I have noticed that my husband is a bit “autism mimicking” when feeling worse with PD. I suppose lots of neurological conditions overlap

I was terribly shy as a teen and all the years afterward and it was hard to make eye contact. When I started using fava beans, my whole life changed and I am not shy anymore. It has been a real gamechanger to have just a little dopamine. I have even spoken to local Parkinsons Support groups on Nutrition and exercise and even sing and play music at nursing homes. Perhaps some natural dopamine could help you?
