I take ultramicronized PEA with luteolin. It seems to help a lot with stiffness and muscle pain. I stopped taking it for a while and really noticed an uptick in rigidity/stiffness in my shoulders and upper back. Dosage depends on the brand, it's generally 600-650mg PEA and about 30mg luteolin. I take it each morning.

My hwp takes it. He decided to stop taking it at one point because he could not pinpoint a positive result. Some weeks later he too had stiffness, increased pain and as we pondered we realised he had dropped the PEA with luteolin

Keep clear of high street brand( Hand B) the dosage too low to do any good.We use PEA from a UK site called Tiny Pioneer. She imports from the company that’s produces it from the natural ingredients, not synthetic made. They are based in the Netherlands, and are prompt at answering any questions.

I suggest you look for the ultra micronized PEA (Um-PEA) for better absorption
