Thanks for this very important reminder. On a nasty cold day in winter it can be a challenge to get the required level of exercise, but in order to hold back the tidal wave of increasing symptoms we have to "get on our bikes". πŸš΄πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸŠβ€β™€οΈ

I’m at the gym right now!

I try to do 2 hours of gym exercise a day. An hour on the treadmill and an hour of stretching and isometrics. I’ve also made a LOT of friends here.

That would have to be quite the combination pill to substitute for all of the above ! ;)
