Good afternoon! Can someone tell me where to find Parkinson's trials available in the world so I can participate?

clinicaltrials.gov is a good place to start
clinicaltrials.gov/ is probably the best place.
Some are here, but I don't know about international listings. Good luck!parkinsons.org.uk/research/...
the hardest part is knowing what search terms to use. If you're just putting in Parkinson's disease, you're going to get thousands of hits. You have to get more specific to really get any value from this site. Specifically you want to put in the type of therapy such as immunotherapy or synucleanopathies or the actual name of the drug .. such as buntanetap or the intent such as disease modifying. if you don't narrow it down, it gets real difficult to get into a meaningful study.
How about the MJFF trial finder michaeljfox.org/trial-finder
My approach was to find a movement disorders specialist or clinic that is actively involved in clinical trials. The above databases can help you find a suitable clinic but I think it can be difficult to target one or another trial and try to get into that one. The rigorous trials can have differing exclusion and inclusion criteria and you could spend a lot of time and emotional effort trying one or the other. Also a clinic may be able to advise you of upcoming opportunities or make you aware of one time or short duration trials that are difficult to target with database searches.
