I lost a considerable amount of weight and I am not heavy to start with. I have always had difficulty putting on weight to start with so trying to regain it was frustrating. I learned my metabolism is still going strong so I upped my calories with high protein foods, while exercising regularly. It seems to be working seeing as I have slowly been regaining my weight back but it has and is taking time.
