Hello, I am a 42 year old woman, diagnosed with Parkinson’s, 17 years ago, at the age of 40. started Kinson Parkinson’s medication 4 years ago but I’m experiencing increased meds off times.
I heard about the Carnivore diet and I am very interested in trying it, but I am not sure joe I can do it successfully when protein foods affect medication efficacy.
Any feedback is much appreciated. Thank you in sdvsnce ❤️

Your concern regarding protein impacting meds is legitimate. I went carnivore and I love d how just meat makes me feel. Good energy no cravings mental clarity but it led to me feeling a bit addicted kinda mindset and my meds in a relatively short time were impacted. What I mean by addicted is more having to do with consumed with eating that way. I hope that makes sense. Best, John
