I don't think anybody can answer that question. Personally, I would suggest a little of all of the above, with a focus on what is affordable, enjoyable, manageable, and what resonates with you logically.

What bolt said. Why wouldn’t you approach it from as many angles as you reasonably can?

There is only one approach that works and that is walking as fast as you can for a maximum of one hour, every secondd day and, within two years you will think your PD is cured but, it is never cured. I am 89 yeras old and have had PD since age 52. I have lived a NORMAL LIFE, MECDICATION-FREE SINCE THEN.

You might think to yourself that you are too affected by PD to walk, BUT YOU ARE NOT!

I have been all over the English-speaking world and shown hundreds of other PD poatients, some bedridden, some in wheelchairs and the rest all struggling to walk properly.

NOT ONE OF THOSE PATIENTS WERE UNABLE TO WALK PROPERLY AFTER I SHOWED THEM HOW TO DO IT.

THEY HAD TO LEARN TO CONCENTRATE ON EACH MOVERMENT INSTEAD OF TRYING TO WALK NORMALLY (SUB-CONSCIOUSLY).

Ask around in your own country for people with PD who have been shown by me how to walk normally!

great reply

I as many others with Parkinsons can actually run better than walk.

What supplements do you take?

heartinmotion . Agree with you. I can actually run fast and steady but I am genuinely afraid to walk slowly 😅. My family gets terrified when I start to run and they are astonished and confused when I get stopped or slowed down by them and I just freeze! I can no longer move and they have to bring out the rolling chair. They are afraid of my falling down or tripping over something. I, on the other hand, am very confident when running or even walking very fast.

I think that this is more of a side effect of Levodopa, rather than the disease itself.

I have taken no medication since 1994. S no medication does anyuthinf to reverse PD and my PD has been held at bay since 1996, why would I need any medication?

I just keep WALKING!, WALKING! WALKING! Every second day for one hour!

Well there you go, fast walking nothing else matters.

we are just not concentrating enough on walking correctly.

You can CURE yourself in 2 years

Why would any one think he cant fast walk, just because of lack of balance and ignorance of how to walk properly.

Gymsack . Fast walking and Sinemet don't go together in my opinion. Levodopa does something else to the brain that is not quite explainable or investigated enough. Honestly, I don't know what is worse - Parkinson's without Levodopa or with Levodopa. I am miserable either way.

John Pepper never took Levodopa so he can't speak to that lived experience. There is always a catch in any promising relief that may be suitable for someone else, but not you!

I recall video of a Parkinson’s patient who was able to walk better when he juggled balls between his hands
