A nice account of what it means :
Good Days and Bad Days with Parkinson's - Cure Parkinson's
Good Days and Bad Days with Parkinson's
Good it is recognized. Maybe some learnings will result in help to mitigate.
the good days- bad days phenomenon has behooved me for years. For the life of me, I can’t put my finger on what rhyme or reason makes a day good or bad. I have tied to duplicate patterns that I do on a good day only to wind up with a bad day anyway, or even week.
But then I recall posting this 6 years ago
healthunlocked.com/cure-par...
The 23 day cycle to which all idiopathic Parkinsons patients are linked.
Take a look at the old post. The information comes from the mind blowing pdrecovery.org
I was sad to read some of the very disheartening comments on that thread. But I realize that people need to vent. I think we need a separate space just for venting. Janice hadlock has valid points, and also says some things that are hard to swallow. Mostly because they can be very confusing and hard to understand. But I truly believe that our heart is very much involved, and our mind and heart are connected. Mind-body medicine is finally coming to be recognized. I think we all got this disease at just the right time when many things are coming together.
