In my book “Music as medicine particularly in Parkinson’s” I explore why walking to music makes walking easier for people with Parkinson’s. However 120 is a slightly faster pace than most people can sustain! The book contains a list of music at various different speeds to enable people to make a playlist at their preferred speed.
