Lately, since June 23, I have relaced two doses of my C/L (100 mg) with Zandopa. Zandopa is an Indian Ayurvedic powder enriched with Mucuna Pruriens made by Zandu Pharma (shorturl.at/lwIPS ). The medicine has the same effect as C/L and lasts for the same time (~4 hrs). The medication doesn't seem to have any side effects.
I would like to know if others have tried Zandopa or any other natural preparations enriched with Mucuna Pruriens and is there an side effect in the long run? Is there a downside of replacing C/L with natural/herbal products one should be aware of?
Thanks

can you tel me what dosage you used ? I purchased Zandopa but the bottle doesn’t indicate an amount. I’d appreciate any information you can pass along.
That's exactly the problem. There is no way to know what dosage you should have? I used to take 2 full scoops of the spoon provided with the bottle in place of Syndopa Plus (125 mg 100 mg Levodopa,25 mg Carbidopa). But then I stopped altogether because you still do not know how much levodopa you are taking as no information is available on how much levodopa is there in 100 gms of Zendopa powder.
