B1 help!

I've been trying sublingual B1, alternate days, for a couple of weeks.

The days I take it, I feel energetic but over medicated {Dyskinesias) I also seem to be extremely hungry.

In the afternoons I crash, feeling very tired😴

Anyone have this experience? I'm considering lowering my meds and upping the B1 to every day....

Any advice?

Thanks

the wanting to eat might mean your seratonin levels have increased.

Have you tried taking half the dose half way through the day instead to see if that stops the fatigue? And reducing medication if you are feeling over medicated. If the b1 is working you might not need as much medication. Maybe take the b1 every day.
