Be happy and never give up DONALD JACOBSON, “Jake" (Age 88) died at his home in Washington DC on November 26, 2013 from complications of Parkinson's disease.

An inspiring video with an important simple message for us. Thanks Seamus6 🙏

Hi Seamus. I have also had PD for a llong time, I was diagnosed in 1992. I have overcomne it by doing fast walking, which might not suit everybody, but it does work well.

Exercise is very important John, but Don's message was that a positive attitude to life and and literally and figuratively keep walking upright does wonders!

Does anyone know how he improved his condition considering that he was wheelchair-bound and could not even feed himself just a few years earlier?

This is very inspiring. I’ve been trying to tell my husband and daughter with PD to never give up and think positive, this man had the right medicine! Not in a pill……❤️
