I recommend Dap1948 's book and her Facebook Group.
B Vitamin levels are affected by disequilibrium in the gut which has been linked to Parkinsons. There are a number of papers about both. You can actually have you B levels tested. Both my primary care and neurologist recommended supplementation after seeing my test results. Also search out the NADPARK study for information on B3.
