NICE has recommended foslevodopa–foscarbidopa (also called Produodopa and made by AbbVie) as an option for treating advanced Parkinson’s.

The treatment is delivered by an infusion pump, which gives the medicine over 24 hours. The device is small, completely portable and can be refilled at home, which is convenient for patients and their carers, and helps people manage their symptoms effectively.

I saw this in the newspaper yesterday. When do you think it will be available?

Honestly I have no idea. If you think it might be suitable perhaps ask your nurse/neurologist at your next appointment?

Definitely will. He's had PD 30 years and he is not getting as much out of Sinemet plus lately.
