I only want to share with you that I recently consulted a GP who is a student of Dr. Marc Hyman and is, therefore, taking a functional medicine approach.
Besides extensive blood and other tests, he took a sample of my hair, which showed extremely high levels of mercury in my blood. This was new to me!
I went through two INUSpherese treatments (“blood purification”) which is supposed to have reduced the mercury levels by approx. 12% and will embark on a serious detox strategy with additional supplements (such as chlorella, zeolith and others).
I encourage all of you to take the hair sample and other tests, as their results might shed new light into your status and you can adjust your strategy accordingly.
And I am, of course, very grateful for advice on how to accelerate my detox and get rid of the mercury. Thanks for sharing and all the best!

Are you living in an old house that is being renovated, sanding painted wood releases dust. Lead in paint or primer lasted a long time on steel and wood should be sealed painted over.
Let your cold water tap run for a couple minutes before you drink the water first thing in the morning.
The world was poisoned by oil companies selling Ethel gasoline additive (lead) because it worked to keep old engines running smooth and no testing for negative affects ever were done. It was banned in the 1970s along with Asbestos (brake lining) , But there is still lots of lead around laying in the bottom of lakes and ponds as shotgun pellets and in your fishing tackle box as weights. Undisturbed it does not do much harm but there is always someone stirring things up .
I know its off topic but... Does anyone know if it is recommended to check lead levels for pregnancy? I'm thinking of transmission from mother to child.
maybe , Mercury sits at the bottom of oceans , ports, lakes and rivers discharged from city waste , pulp & paper mills and many other sources such as shipping maintenance . It was used as a submerged bearing seal but has been banned. Do not disturb.
I would run from chlorella. I follow Medical Medium for detoxing.
