I just stumbled on this video (I watch, listen to or skim DOZENS weekly) ...

I haven't watched it yet but it looked interesting enough to post it ... NOW!

I wasn't going to mention this because I don't like to be "negative" on this forum as there is so much suffering.

But you since directed me to the "coronet" of Catherine Hamilton ... I'm simply reply to that direction ...

IMO that hat is a total fraud. A joke.

I researched that device and several others very thoroughly over a year ago.

1. It's not powerful enough to penetrate the skull. Period. Full stop.

2. Yes I know there are people here that use it ... and believe it is helping them. Bravo! I say and keep on using it because the "placebo effect" is well-known and who cares WHY a person is feeling better, right?

3. I get lots of real sunshine. The sun CAN penetrate my skull and increase my serotonin, melatonin, and dopamine levels. Plus ... it's FREE.

I could write more on this ... but I'm tired.

Best of luck to you!

I'd rather have a negative response than one that misleads one into more suffering for want of seeming indelicate, because it's rather like saying "I'm sorry I didn't yell at you to get off the track with the train coming, I thought you might not like being shouted at." Pain from a shattering of false hope is worse for the betrayal.
