Off then back on with out C/L

I take c/L at 8am 12noon and 4pm and occasionally at 8pm.

My symptoms remind me at noon and 4pm to take medication. Several times a week my off periods start at 3pm but I'm back ON at 4ish w/o taking meds and I'm good until 8pm. Any one else experience back On periods with out medication?

hi, my dad was experiencing on/off. It used to be 30 mins before his medication was due and then it was an hour before. It was disabling and frustrating. He then switched to mucuna from British supplements . Since then he forgets when his next dose is due. He slowly weaned himself off sinimet

Would be so grateful information o n where he bought the mucuna and dosage. I’ve been on Sinemet alone 12 years can’t tolerate any of the other meds. Took Azilect for 9 years but have given that up. Extra Sinemet causing more Dystonia. Many thanks any suggestions

I believe our natural dopamine cycle is at its highest point in the morning, and lowest at around 3pm. That's why mid aternoon is "siesta time".
