Has anyone experienced increased need to urinate after taking high dose Thiamine? Is it a diuretic? Grateful for any insights and experiences!

Yes, better so, only that it goes away so much other stuff that you have to re-embed, I'm not an expert but someone will tell you better than me.

I stopped taking thiamine for 7 days as per Dr Costantini and this high urine output stopped, proving to me that there is a connection. I drink as much H2O as possible all day long.
