I just picked up something I was unaware of from a TOP DOC that I respect a lot:

Jump to the 48:30 mark and watch for 3 minutes to learn about

"internal body temperature" and how that is affecting your mitochondria

(the 'power house' of our cells ..... a BIG INDICATOR of PD and other neuro diseases)

do you know that your "mitochondria problems" is WHY you have PD?
