I don't know if binaural beats improve brain plasticity but I like listening to them and they might help.

Anyway, over time I have changed the frequencies I use. Most of my old files were 100 HZ / 140 HZ (for a 40 HZ) difference. Most binaural beats on the web use higher frequencies so I am experimenting. I like lower frequencies, but I am edging up. All of my binaural beats files are 40 HZ (40 HZ is the difference between the left ear frequency and the right ear frequency).
These new files have higher base frequencies. 220 HZ for Rosicrucian Mysteries and 260 HZ for Thought Vibration.
