Please let me know if you have some level of expertise at creating Binaural or Monaural Beats, expertise at Brainwave Entrainment to Gamma, or expertise using Gnaural. Also let me know if you are trying to achieve expertise in these areas and you can join the ride.
I am the point where I have created both Binaural and Monaural Beats using Gnaural and Audacity, but I am far from an expert and want to figure out how to create professional beats to successfully entrain brainwaves to 40 HZ.
Once I get some people interested I will start setting up video calls so we can share knowledge and become experts!
PS: Gnaural is free software.

it is not Greek, but Tuscan dialect. Ironically, he says he is the reincarnation of Galileo's assistant in Pisa when he observed and defined the "isochronous oscillations" of the pendulum. It was just to add history and art to science. The science videos you mention talk about "neural oscillations" and maybe a little history and art adds interest. My brain center of awareness (me) reacts better to aesthetic oscillations given by good music, but it is said that we are all different.
Bolt, On my way to basketball this morning trying to do it without any MEDS. so I can time things better.. give me something to listen to in my headphones that you're working on right now. I'm on my way out, thanks Eric.
Well, I’m a sound designer and have done some of this. I keep getting busy and not having time really.
Audacity should be good enough. My understanding is that you want the left and right channels to be slightly different frequencies, so that the difference tones between them gives you the binaural beat. E.g: 40 hz on one side and 50hz on the other will create a 10 hz beat over headphones. (But speakers often won’t play that low)
I would look up a study and see what frequencies they use, then create your own files.
Thank you so much LeharLover62. I have been making Binaural Beats for about a year using Audacity. You are correct, it is pretty simple. I started using Gnaural the other day. It is free and pretty easy once you figure it out.
I am also now making Monaural Beats (or Isochronic Beats) that do not require stereo. Monaural pulses one frequency at a different frequency. For instance, I have a new MP3 that pulses a 100 HZ tone at 40 HZ and also pules 600 HZ at 40 HZ. It sounds pretty cool and is easy to do in Gnaural.
What I am working to find out is what the best frequencies are to entrain the brain to 40 HZ (or find out if a different frequency is better).
We will figure it out. I will be posting results here.
