I don't know if binaural beats improve brain plasticity but I like listening to them and they might help.

If you search HU posts for "binaural" you will find lots of my posts on this topic. The most recent is A quick tutorial on how to create Binaural and Monaural Beats using Audacity healthunlocked.com/cure-par...

Anyway, over time I have changed the frequencies I use. Most of my old files were 100 HZ / 140 HZ (for a 40 HZ) difference. Most binaural beats on the web use higher frequencies so I am experimenting. I like lower frequencies, but I am edging up.

This new file is 140 HZ / 180 HZ: Revelation 140-180.mp3 drive.google.com/file/d/1mx...

The way I do binaural beats is to have different frequencies on each ear, but also have an audio book in the middle.

The Book of Revelation, also called Revelation to John or Apocalypse of John, (literally, apocalypse of John; Greek, Αποκαλυψις Ιωαννου, Apokalupsis Iōannou) (IPA: [əˈpɑkəlɪps]) is the last canonical book of the New Testament in the Bible. It is the only biblical book that is wholly composed of apocalyptic literature. The visions given in this book were future events for the understanding of the early church, primarily. (Summary from Wikipedia and Sam Stinson)

Are there benefits for PD listening to binaural beats...?

I really don't know. I am trying to increase brain plasticity. All of my BB use 40 HZ. There are thoughts out there that 40 HZ light flicker should help. I posted a page with links to a lot of papers about Binaural Beats: rbd-pd-protocols.blogspot.c...

Also, meditation is supposed to be good for PD. I have a hard time meditating, but have heard Binaural Beats at 40 HZ (I think) can get your brain to the same waves as meditating.

I have a High School degree. Caveat Emptor.
