Thank you very much for sharing this Michel. Excellent in-depth information on benefits of exercise. I already have a fairly good exercise regime, but Prof Bloem has given me more ideas. So good to hear him talking from personal clinical experience, that patients who exercise have improved outcomes.

Thank you very much Andy. I have also fine tuned my exercise routine since I listened to him. Hard work but it seems to pay off.
