I had surgery to remove a benign tumour from my brain stem about 14 years ago. That seems to have resulted in Central Sleep Apnea. I use a BIPAP ventilator whenever I sleep.
In September 2022 I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease and put on medication to control the symptoms. The effectiveness of the medication surprised me.
In April 2023 I was diagnosed with prostate cancer and my prostate was removed with robot-assisted surgery.
I am now seeking advice on the best way of managing Parkinson’s. YouTube seems to be a useful source of information.

A robust regimen consist of 45 minutes of strenuous, aerobic exercise (if possible at 80% of your capacity) every day, nutritional changes, weight & strength training, balance & flexibility exercises, sleep hygiene, social engagement, stress management, learning new things, supplements, intermittent fasting, testing for and correcting imbalances and nutritional deficiencies and perhaps things like dancing, tai chi, Qigong, sports, yoga, acupuncture, massage, etc.
Most of us cannot exercise for 45 minutes at 80% of our capacity, but we need to do as much as possible.
