I tried the free sample of it. The easy splittability was nice. I found that I could dose myself more accurately with the quarter sizes. The pill contents seemed of higher quality than the generics also. No side effects from the fillers.

I’m not familiar with it. What symptoms is it supposed to alleviate?

My understanding is that Dhivy is a standard Carbidopa/Levodopa medication engineered to divide in 1/4 sections more accurately. My neuro gave me a sample bottle as they wanted me to reduce my Carbidopa/Levodopa dose from 1.5 pills 3x daily to 1.25 pills 3x.

Divvy seems unnecessary. If splitting the larger pills manually in half was adequately accurate, is it really going to be that far off to take 1/4? It seems there are other factors that effect my response to C/L dose more than a couple of micrograms + or - . These include diet, timing, hydration and exercise !

Further, the advertising on the Dhivy site suggests that optimizing C/L dosing is somehow far more nuanced, iterative and deterministic than I have experienced and I feel like I have great care and a really great neuro. If Dhivy was paired with a smart watch application that tried to "close the loop" on the symptom measurement /drug dose control system, that might be transformative.

I think some of the comments on the thread on P2B001 as a "breakthrough" sum up my feelings on Dhivy! healthunlocked.com/cure-par... IE a modest improvement that should be priced accordingly but is not. I fully respect that there are many many PwP that do not have the dexterity to divide pills and Dhivy may provide a viable benefit to them. Personally I appreciate the free sample but I would not pay a lot extra for the convenience.

It’s a money grab. Just a new way to make a huge profit from something that is completely unnecessary.
