I'm a 65 years old man with 140 lbrs weight. who was diagnosed with Parkinson beggining (January) 2020. I'm into the B1 Therapy for Parkinson (according the Daphne Bryan book) since last April 26th, when I started the therapy taking 500 mgrs/day of Tyamine (Solgar brand). This last monday July 10th, I increased the B1 dose reaching 3000 mgrs/day (or 3 grs/day). I haven't seen any significant improvement in my condition yet (referring to the lack of balance, slowness in my movements and in my talking, and my quite small handwriting).

The only improvements I have noticed are:

1) The cramps in my legs every day at the morning has desappeared, and. . . . .

2) I am able to turn again from one side to the other on my bed, almost like I used to do when I have no Parkinson.

The issue is: due I'm not a big guy, and just in case I don't see any other improvement on my condition in the next four weeks, I'll have to increase the B1 dose again, reaching at that moment the amount of 3500 mgrs/day (or 3,5 grs/day), which I don't know is too much (or not) to me, so I would appreciate so much having some HELP or asistance from anybody in this group who had been in the same situation that I am at this moment.

It usually takes 3-4 months for most improvements. I recommend patience.

Hi J.P., I'm very interested about knowing more about FAST WALKING is. I've assumed that it is just walking faster than usual, but I would like to know how many miles per hour is it, and how many days a week I should keep doing it.

Thanks in advance,

B. C.
