Thanks for sharing. I enjoyed it (except for the part where they said RBD turns into PD 99% of the time). :(

Gut health is critical for our overall health and particularly for those of us with PD because we make over 70% of our dopamine there. Plus 90% of serotonin, 70% anandamide, and so on.

Also, alpha synuclein is made in the bowel and appendix so, if we are constipated of have a dysregulated gut, aS can misfold and create Lewy bodies.

We must look after our gut to look after our brain.
