There was a post listing the supplements pwp take vs supplements most effective wherein Ginkgo Biloba topped the list as most effective.

I can't seem to find it. 😔

and surprise surprise they are all in his energenesis and ultrabrain products I think!

I have bought both of these. I find the energenesis tastes so disgusting I haven’t the heart to even get hubby to taste it. I have been taking it on mornings I can stomach it. Somehow bitter grapefruit citrus , peppermint and chocolate don’t mix well in my opinion!

The ultrabrain I have taken at half the dose on and off. It is in capsules so easier. The rhodiola, also astragalus and ashwaghanda is something I have given my son along with Hardys den for his adhd type symptoms. He has settled and done 4 months uni and achieved great marks this semester after 2 years of drop out behaviour at high school so we are very relieved. I’m pretty sure rhodiola in particular creates a kind of energetic euphoria and helps him study and get out of bed in the morning.

Rhodiola isn’t on her list.

Did you take it for a short time due to side effects or did you find no benefits using it? TIA.

Because I am lazy. 😄

I have various such supplements which are just sitting in my cabinet.

So you didn't feel a difference when you did take it?

I took it for about 4 days. It isn't enough duration to feel any difference.
