Considering it is mainly ozonated magnesium oxide and 90 mg of citric acid, it is very expensive at $50 per month and I suspect it will offer little if any benefit for PD at the suggested dose of 1400 mg per day other than the anti constipation effects. Regular inexpensive magnesium oxide at a similar dose will provide similar anti constipation effects that the manufacturer suggests it is useful for. No mention of PD benefits.

For constipation, I have previously mentioned the use of vitamin C and magnesium citrate to get things moving.

Thanks Yes, I agree with you, but I don't intend to use it continuously

Yes, at that dose you probably wouldn't want to use it regularly as it could cause diarrhea in some people.

I have for several years now treated chronic constipation with ozonated Magnesium oxide. I take 3 capsules of Mag07 ( NB Pure) each night before bedtime. Since I started using Mag07, my BM's are regular. I would not be without this supplement. Nothing else has been as effective for me. Mag07 is available on Amazon. The reviews support my endorsement.

I have had very bad constipation until I started drinking hot prune juice, 4 ounces daily. This has greatly improved my gut health and I have daily bowel movements.

constipation plus gas can be SIBO (small intestine bacterial overgrowth). You may want to get checked for SIBO, which can be treated, either by a gastroenterologist or a functional medicine practitioner. The latter will probably use herbs instead of antibiotics to remove the unwanted bacteria…

It is probably extremely common in PD because of slow intestinal transit.
