Superb video!

I like what he says but I just can’t help get suspicious when people have Youtube channels with relentless output and a product to sell.
everybody has to make a living, right? I'd much rather give my money to somebody who i believe is knowledgeable, experienced, and sincere than the bunch of huckster charlatans that i see on YouTube... but ultimately ... you have to make your own judgement ...

there's a half-dozen more that i regularly watch
i probably watch, listen, or skim through about 30 health videos a week ... or more!
good luck!
I took your note that I was being a bit grumpy and I looked at lots of his videos and my doubts have gone - he is genuine and I trust him. Thank you. (I might even buy some of his gut health product now!! 😀 )
good for you! i'm usually a skeptic to 'start' too -- so many thieving imposters out there... or just bad health info ... the advantage i have is that i have a LOT of spare time and i get to watch dozens of these health videos every week (not just to treat/ stop my non-dx'd PD-like symptoms but to prevent cancer, heart disease... etc.)
so after watching so many... you get to know which ones are 'legit' or not
and today is day #412 of my O.M.A.D. (one meal a day with all calories eaten withn a 2 hour window) -- I've lost almost 60 pounds (another 30 to go!) ... and yet I still eat...
meat, dairy, poultry, fruit, potatoes, nuts, etc... but in moderate portions
i really believe in 'fasting' and i've found O.M.A.D. to be extremely simply and easy for me to do
best to you
Thank you so much for sharing this video and your other favorite channels! It was extremely interesting and informative!
I’m certainly trying but it’s hard. I don’t post very much but I read the posts every day. Over the last few months, I’ve tried IR C/L ( no response 🥴), so they slowly titrated me up on CR C/L 25-100, up to 2 pills 3 x a day ( 6 total) again, no response, good, bad or otherwise. So, I’m becoming more worried that it may be something even worse than PD. I have a brain MRI scheduled for next month. Thank you for your encouragement and kindness!
